Jedediah Navarro was born in Kingsburg on February 26, 1985, and passed away in a car crash on April 20, 2015. He left behind his mother, stepfather, 5 brothers and many nieces and nephews who continue to miss him to this day.
Jedediah attended school locally and graduated from La Sierra Academy in 2003. He served in the US Army for five years including a tour in Iraq for Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He received an Army Commendation Medal which is awarded to service members for consistent acts of heroism or meritorious service. On hearing of his passing, many said they were honored they got the chance to know him.
